A friend shared this with me tonight, have the tissue's ready. Oh my heart hurts. Chad will not be home for R&R for 2 more months. This is my unrealistic Christmas Wish though and I know my kids.

So sweet and sad at the same time. I LOVE the kid at the end of the video. If only every parent and child loved like that, the world would be such a better place.

I can't bring myself to watch the video yet, we've been out of the Army for 10 months, but my heart is still with all of you still there. I will pray for you I have left friends and been left by them many times. I'm praying for Chad too, it is such a rough road, I'm glad you have Christ with you.

I too will pray for you and Chad. We were on our way home from a Christmas trip to Montana (Mom on a Coulee is my daughter) and the airline pilot asked for prayers for our soldiers- home and away- reminding us that we could not fly about the country if not for the protection and bravery of our soldiers. Thank Chad for us and I thank you too. I know the sacrifice you and your children are making.
